The left-wing media is always hyping Ginsburg, setting up Democrats for major disappointment.
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is considered by many on the left, especially the mainstream media as the hero of their time. Ginsburg is well known for her many years of left-wing political activism and ruling from a position of social justice.
In an interview with an Egyptian TV station, the Judge said she would not recommend Egypt use the American constitution as a guide when crafting their own constitution, as the U.S. Constitution is old and outdated. Rather, they should turn to South Africa’s constitution.
The Brooklyn, NY born progressive has sat on the Supreme Court for over 25 years after being confirmed 96-3. The two-time cancer survivor is the longest-serving SCOTUS Judge by 10 years. In August of 2018 Ginsburg, 85, said she hopes to be on the bench until she reaches 90.
In November, she suffered a fall that broke three ribs and shortly after in December, she had surgery to remove two cancerous nodules from her left lung. The judge is ailing and on her way out, but not without fanfare.
The White House is preparing for Ginsburg’s retirement or passing and what may come along with that, the on cue hysteria propagated by the Alt-left media the likes of Fox News, CNN and MSNBC.
We have seen the unhinged behavior from many on the left during Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing, the beating on the doors of Congress, marching in the streets, chants of
“all women must be believed”, destruction of otherwise decent men’s character, etc.
Here’s a bitter pill many Democrats will be hard-pressed to swallow, if Justice Ginsburg was really sympathetic to the liberal cause, she would have retired when Obama was in office. She had eight years in which to do so.
Furthermore, if Ginsburg had put her selfish needs of being on the bench until she reached 90-years-old, Democrats would have had many left-leaning judicial appointees of which to pick from, and this would be a moot point. Now she’s struggling to make it past Trump’s four – eight-year tenure.
God forbid Ginsberg can’t make it to 2020 or 2024.
There’s a battle coming if she’s no longer on the bench by 2020, If you think you’ve seen unhinged, you haven’t seen anything yet. It’s going to be a hell of a lot worse than Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
Women are going to be coming out of the woodwork if Trump nominates a male Judge. As of now, we can’t fathom what will happen if he nominates a female Judge, but if the confirmation of Betsy DeVos is any indication, it’s going to get weird.
